You don't mention how old you and your siblings are; that could make difference in the answers your get.

That aside, I'll assume you're nearing graduation. If this is the case, you may want to see if you could finish the year out with a friend if they are moving to Mass. Even if they do not move, the siblings should be able to help out around the house. I see no reason why you should bear the brunt of workload.

Sadly, it sounds like at this point in your life, is sounds like one will have to take precedent over the other. I would recommend school, because the job market ***** right now and may not get much better.

i am afraid you have to be firm with you mother and tell her you are no longer being a house cleaner. there must b a balance, you future is at stake here and you have to say that you need time to study and that once you have done your school work THEN the house work gets done. simple there are just certain things that have to be left. and house work important as it is , is not the most important thing.

Have you an aunt that you can talk to, maybe some one that you can trust and that person can have a word with your mum.

remember this is such an important time of your life do not muck it up with all the stress your mum must be under Immense stress so be gentle.

Now that Mitt has less than one third of the vote, compared to McCain, your arguement falls away. I agree that Mitt know more about economics, but the Presidency is more than that.
I would not have picked McCain as my first choice, but I firmly believe he is man enough and he is the man to go with now.

The problem McCain won in blue states, and Huckabee won in bible belt states. I think if huckabee would have been out it would be a much more even race.

I honestly want someone who isnt the same old same old washington fixture in office this next time. Which means I dont want McCain and Hillary.
Obama is inspiring to listen too, its just a few of his policies I have a hard time agreeing with.
Mitt is clearly far and away the most well equipped to deal with the economy, which is supposedly voters number one issues.
Every time McCain is asked about economic issues and about his experience, he just brings up people who support him and that he was on the commerce committe but he never answers the question.

Not every good school is necessarily a super-selective school, but you should still work hard your senior year to get your GPA up and take the SAT at least one more time. Statistically, everyone improves the second time, so take it at least twice, maybe three times, but no more than three (statistically, no one improves after the third try). Also, if you're less skilled at writing and more skilled in science, try the ACT. It's not as big in the Northeast, but some people swear it's better than the SAT.

If you don't have stellar grades but still want a decent education, you might want to check out Eastern Nazarene in Quincy, too. It's not super-selective but it's one of the least-expensive private schools in the area (although it's still private so it still might cost more than a public school). It's not a party school by any means (so don't go there for that or you'll be in for a rude awakening) but I knew people there who also went to Harvard Medical and Yale Law after they graduated. I even knew a kid living near me in Maryland who turned down acceptance at Harvard College to go there. It's in a nice place, too, near Wollaston Beach, a few miles south of downtown Boston, but it's kind of hidden away.

Yeah, I think college is more about teaching and less about selectivity anyway. Isn't that what education is for? What value is there in only accepting all the best students and then just taking credit for having a lot of successful graduates? It's a much bigger accomplishment to teach a student and help make them successful. But that's just my two cents. Good luck!

If you are operating a vehicle, yes.
If you are breaking the law, yes.
But I think not if you're in your own home.

For a Class F Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $25,000, or imprisonment of up to 12-1/2 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction.

Low-capacity rifles or shotguns require a FID, as I understand it.

If you want a high-capacity mag, you need at least Class B LTC (which will also allow you to get into handguns, as well).

I'd just get the LTC. You might as well just apply for a Class A LTC, and not have to worry about what you are or are not allowed to buy. That'll also cover your for concealed carry, if you live in a town where the sheriff doesn't **** guns.

Either way, you'll have to take a firearm safety and training course. You might as well get your money's worth. That way, if, in the next 6 years you decide that you'd like a pistol for home defense, you won't have to re-apply (and wait another 2 months).
