You will see why immigration is a big concern in the election…..Maybe if you move to the upscale portion of Anaheim you maybe spared the visual…..otherwise you will see what happens when people migrate, but don’t assimilate. Instead bring the worse part of where they left to a country. It has nothing to do with race, it has everything to do with caring about your new home… Oh by the way get ready for the polution and smog….one of the worse in the Nation. If you have or your family has any type of allergies be ready for them to be royally irritated there.

Please don’t move. It’s already too crowded with tranferees. But if you must, you’ll **** it. Anaheim is okay, but LA is just terrible. Weather is great, but too overcrowded. Hope you enjoy Disneyland, because they run Anaheim city council.

Trying to tell you about CA is like trying to explain the northern and southern hemisphere. CA is so big and so diverse. I’m from northern CA so I can only tell you what I’m familiar with. The southern Cal people will probably paint you a very different picture. Here’s what I have, though.
Our four seasons are slightly different than yours- fire, flood, earthquake, and drought.
I don’t live near Anaheim, but the weather is much warmer out that way- you won’t need any parkas or snow gear.
There’s much more to do and see down south. I don’t think you’ll have time to be bored.
Three words- HOT HOT HOT- temps are ridiculously high in the summer. Winters are mild. I would imagine our winters are probably much like your springs.
I’ve never been to MA so I can’t really compare the differences between the two. Sorry, I wish I could be more help. The fact is, CA is an enigma. There’s so much diversity, it’s impossible to describe. I did my best.

I live about 10 miles from Anaheim.

What do you want to know. Living in CA is like living in any other state. There are good things and bad things.

Well I live in New York and I have been to Massachusetts before and this past winter vacation-January we flew to California and it was awesome!
The weather was amazing, not too cold, not to hot…not freezing cold, a little breezy…..
We visited my fathers cousin and he said that that was the coldest it got….so from you being from the East you’ll enjoy the weather :)

You might spot celebrities in California cause after all they live there :)

Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Hollywood is in that area……well you may need to drive but yea…..

In the summer time I heard that it gets really hot….
Anyways, I would love to live in California you are so lucky that you are moving…….

You will have lots of amazing opportunities!
    For example buying tickets to the American Idol Finale (;

    lol

Other then weather, opportunities and amusement parks thats about it…….Well the people are also beyond nice =]

    HAVE FUN!
