   Your best bet would be to check the yellow pages, and ask around. Go visit some different parlors and get acquainted with the tattoo artists’ at each.

   I don’t know where you’re from in MA but Lightwave Tattoos in Saugus is really good. Make and appointment with Tegan. She put a portrait of my cousin’s two kids on his arm and it is BEAUTIFUL. I almost went there before I got impatient and went on a whim up to Salisbury. If you live more that route head to Tattoo America.
