Looking for a local foreclosure search site in Massachusetts. Is there a local company in MA?

All I can seem to find when searching foreclosures in Massachusetts is these companies that are national. I feel that they don’t have local knowledge or are just looking for a subscription fee. Is there a Massachusetts company that offers listings of foreclosures that doesn’t want a fee or will hound me with sales calls? I just want to search for foreclosures in Massachusetts anonymously. (and get the complete address) Does this exist?

    There are a few I believe that are local in Mass…
    If they don’t want a subscription fee however they are probably brokers looking for your name and email as a sales lead.

    The one I have used before provides the full address and property listing and all they ask for is a name and email I think.
    The site is called Foreclosures Weekly. They specialize in Massachusetts bank foreclosures and short sales. There are no pre-foreclosures however.

    i use this one for local searches in my area. They have listings in all states, and you can search by county or zip, which makes it very handy.

    If looking for a house call a realtor and ask them about bank foreclosed homes. They have listings.
