Is there a bank in Massachusetts that does mobile homes?

Next year I would like to get a mobile home in Massachusetts. I work for a mortgage company and none of our investors do it. Or they require like 20% down. We do NH and Maine but not Mass. Does anyone know of any banks or mortgage companies that do the financing for mobile homes in Massachusetts?

    Most lenders will make a home loan if the mobile has been taken off the wheels, and there is a foundation under the home on a lot you own.

    Try 21st Mortgage. They have a website, but I know they do it in almost all 50 states.
