Is it legal to own an african serval in Massachusetts or NH?

I want one of those cats so bad and I live in Massachusetts…but they seem to not let you have anything here…NH is usually pretty lenient with stuff like that though. Anyone got any facts on that? These cats seem fine as a domestic animal as many people have them in other places and they seem pretty happy as a house pet.

    uh idk about if theyre legal there but the paper work costs like $2000…i had one like three years ago but unfortunatly my brother was in a car wreck with my serval and he ran away…but my bro was fine…they can make great pets but if your mean to them they dont ever forget it!!
