How much liquor can I bring in to Massachusetts?

Massachusetts has state laws about how much liquor you can bring in. I’ll be returning from overseas and want to know how much I can exceed my duty-free limit (of course and pay duty).

    I don’t know about Mass, but I do know about coming back to the US and going through customs. You are limited to 1 liter of spirits if I remember correctly.

    You are travelling internationally. Its not how much you can bring into the commonwealth of Massachusetts but how much you can bring into the U.S. without being taxed.

    I believe (but check with your travel agent) that it is one litre of alcohol per 24 hour period that you have been out of the country with a limit of 6.
