Should be 175 cc's thats what it is in all of the states I've lived in or visited. An easy way to tell -next time you're getting on the highway look for a sign on the onramp it should say something about restrictions on size and bhp.

I dont think there are any restrictions other than that it has to be able to reach highway speeds. I used to ride my 250cc ninja on the highway in Mass all the time. So i know a 250 is okay.

I don't think you have any restrictions like that. If it is fast enough to get on a highway (and/or has a large enough engine), then it is most likely considered a motorcycle (whether it is scooter on ***** like a Honda Silverwing or a full blown motorcycle).

What restrictions are you referring to?
