Because almost everyone I speak to in Massachusetts, Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and South Africa said they didn’t even notice anything change, and if anything happened, the wedding industry grew creating more jobs and more revenue.

The Greek (gay) Civilization went to hell
The hiney is an exit not an entrance and institutionalizing that behavior is just wrong.
it doesn’t.
and other people/civiliaztions in the past that had it weren’t effected by it.
greece did not suffer because of ********** activity- anyone who has studied basic history knows this.
and according to most doctors in the US (PHD and MD) there is no ‘healthier’ sexuality
you cant possibly have an intelligent argument against homosexuality.
which is why most people resort to quoting a bible
Sorry, I just can’t do it. There is no proof.
whcwarrior_10: The slippery slope argument is but a clumsy attempt to sidestep the main issue at hand. You cited no proof that *** marriage would hurt the “sanctity” of it all. Also, it marriage is only a religious matter, would you be fine with two men/women marrying if a certain religion allowed for it?
stirker w- try reading the Bible 1st before you use it to support your position. Sodom and Gomorrah didn’t fall because of homosexuality. The final straw was an attempted gang **** of God’s angels.
Elton John the big *** billionaire **** monger who hates all religions looks at kiddie ****.
Marriage is a religious matter, not a matter for the state, so you cannot leave religion out of the equation, as for destroying the sanctity of marriage, we have laws against counterfeiting money, so we have laws against counterfeit marriage. I could care less what you do in your bedroom, but doing it does not constitute a marriage. If two men could marry, why not 3, or 4. Where do you draw the line to make everyone happy? Marriage between one man and one woman has been the definition of marriage world over for centuries, there is no reason to change it.
Don’t have to give you proof of anything. Taxachusetts welcomes you people. Go there.
Simple,The basic unit of a strong society is a strong family which is the component of an strong nation. A child can never have a normal life with adopted parents of same gender nor he/she will be confused to who is father and mother. So, how you will justify this as normal??No law in this planet can justify this abnormal union as normal because God created only man and woman, there is nothing in between, period.
It won’t. Some people just want to bully others because they have low self esteem.
dude they are all fuc*ke*d up.europe is gone man, wake up.in the beginning it was Adam and eve,not adam and steve.hello! you think 2000 yrs of tradition will vanish because some dip sh*it politicians want to play games.not gonna happen dude!by the way, what is your problem that made YOU this way?? stupidity reigns!!!!
Marriage is a blanket legal contract between two people, there isn’t any “Sanctity” to it at all. Sanctity is another word for holy, so holy has no place in American law.
As per the first amendment to the Constitution, “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, nor prohibit the free exercise there of.”
If you don’t believe that Marriage is a legal contract, ask anyone who has ever divorced.
Heterosexuals have done a great job of destroying the sanctity of marriage. We can’t make it any worse. They need to clean up their own houses before they criticize ours.
sancticity? Destroy? Come on man, the divorce rate in the U.S. is consistently above 50%. This would mean that 50% of the married people have “broken their promise to God”, considering the fact that 87% of the Americans believe in some sort of “God”/”Allah”/”Buddha” (if I left someone out, sorry for that), this means that at least 37% would have ‘lied’ to their God whilst promising to stay together “until death do us apart”.
Assuming that no believer would lie to his/her God, this would mean that the purpose of marriage, even for the religious people, is not to prove to God, but to each other that they love each other. Conclusion: there’s little sancticity in the marriage behaviour of the US citizens.
In other words, put bluntly, the hypothesis that “sancticity” in marriage would be destroyed by *** marriage is falsified, as there is no sancticity. Conclusion: people get married because they love each other, and not for some religious reason (at least 37% that is). New question: why wouldn’t *** people be allowed to tell each other they love one another?
