If I create an LLC in Massachusetts while working full-time, how do I keep up with all the necessary tax laws and paperwork for this new company? Is there such a thing as a part-time LLC? Filing the initial paperwork is easy enough, but I’m nervous that I’ll get sloppy keeping the LLC active while giving it only part-time attention.
