I live in Pepperell, Ma & I want to buy a cockatiel. The only problem is that the closest breeder that i have been able to find, is located two hours away from where I live. Does anyone know of any bird breeders who sell happy, healthy, cockatiels in massachusetts? The closer to pepperell the better!

Is it ok to let my two 7 year old parakeets with unclipped wings fly away in Massachusetts? They have been in a cage together for 7 years, and their wings have never been clipped, and they have never come out of their cage.
