so here is the deal i am 16 my boyfriend is 17, and i am 7 months pregnant. My dad got a job offer to move to Massachusetts and get paid double of what he is now. we live in Indiana right now. Well i think my dad is going to take the job which means him, my mom and sisters are going to move up there. My mom was thinking about getting me an apartment and emancipating me so i can live on my own, and me and my son can go visit my family or they can come visit me once a month..What all happens with emancipation? once i have my son i am going to get a job and try to finish school. what all comes a long with emancipation?? Will i be able to get Medicaid??My mom really doesn’t want to leave me but i doubt the courts would let me take our son out of Indiana because of the dad, and i really don’t want to leave my boyfriend.. But.. please i need all the info i can. Thanks
