My cousin’s baby was sent to foster care because she is bi-polar and cannot take care of her baby. My sister would like to adopt but has a criminal record from 1999. It was a drug charge caused by her ex-boyfriend leaving his drugs in her hallway and the apartment was in her name so she was charged with it. He is no longer around, he went to jail and she never dealt with him again. She is a very stable person with a great job and home. Would she be able to do it. She lives in Massachusetts and I don’t know what their laws are. She really is a good person who loves children! I have 3 and she helps me with them sometimes and she loves them to pieces!
