Hi,

I live in Massachusetts. I did a job last year for a company in New York. The job was in Massachusetts. The company said that the wages were reported to NY state so I need to file Non Resident income tax form. I have a question. The state, medicare & social security taxes does not get reported on the Massachusetts Form 1 right? I still have to report the wages for this company on the 1040 form right?

In my opinion, he was an entrenched, sleazy, mobster who avoid ed murder charges,a nd basically bankrupt Massachusetts. His awful lifestyle, alcoholism and obesity contributed to his ill health,,(self-imposed ill health) and he spent 46 yrs in a job that should last 6 or 12 yrs at the most.. Personally, I do not mourn him at all–and only hope someone who isn’t a crook is voted into office to replace him.
